These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to the Park365 "Summer Offer" valid between 31 March 2025 and 30 September 2025. By engaging with this promotion, you agree to comply with the following terms, which are designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and legal compliance.

Modifications and Termination

• Park365 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time, at its sole discretion, where changes are deemed fair and reasonable.

• Any such changes will not affect agreements already entered into under the terms of the original Summer Offer.

Eligibility

• The offer is available to UK-based commercial property owners, landlords, agents, or authorised site managers only.

• Park365 reserves the right to verify the identity and authority of the individual or organisation entering into the agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

At Park365, we’re committed to offering the best value in car park management. That’s why we offer a Price Guarantee on a like-for-like basis for our standard services. If you receive a genuine quote from a competitor or existing supplier offering the same level of service at a lower price, we’ll aim to beat it. If we can’t, you’ll receive £100 as a sign-up bonus – either as a direct cash payment to a UK bank account of your choice or a £100 Amazon voucher sent to your nominated email address.

What’s Included in the Park365 Standard Car Park Management Package:

• Two digital ANPR cameras per site

Price Guarantee Terms:

1. Like-for-like Comparison:
   The competing offer must match the full scope of Park365’s standard package. Any variation in service features, service levels, support availability, or technology will render the comparison invalid.

2. Verification Requirement:
   Customers must provide verifiable documentation (quote, contract, or written offer) from the competitor or supplier clearly outlining their pricing and services. Park365 reserves the right to audit the documentation and may request additional proof, such as correspondence, service breakdowns, or photos.

3. Eligibility & Validity:

   • This offer is open to UK-based businesses only.

   • The competitor must be a registered UK company offering the same services.

   • Offers from informal or non-commercial providers are not eligible.

   • Price guarantees must be claimed prior to signing a Park365 contract. Retrospective claims are not valid.

4. Exclusions:

   • Offers that include promotional discounts, time-limited deals, or bundled services that are not part of the standard package are not eligible.

   • Differences in service infrastructure (e.g. mains-powered cameras vs. solar) or customer service availability will be considered material.

5. Park365 Sole Adjudication:
   Park365 will assess all claims and make the final determination as to whether the competing offer is like-for-like. This decision is final.

6. One-Time Offer:
   The £100 bonus (cash or Amazon voucher) is a one-time goodwill offer and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

By claiming this guarantee, you agree to these terms in full. Park365 reserves the right to update or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

ParkShare Plus – Compensation Scheme

ParkShare Plus is a revenue-sharing arrangement between Park365 and the Customer, whereby the Customer receives a compensation payment based on net Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) revenue collected as a result of enforcement action carried out on the Customer’s site.

• Net PCN revenue is defined as total PCN income collected by Park365, minus any administrative, processing, or third-party enforcement costs.

• Compensation is calculated in accordance with the rates and structure set out in the signed agreement between Park365 and the Customer.

• Payments will be made at agreed intervals and are subject to the Customer’s compliance with the terms of the contract and the proper operation of the car park in line with Park365 guidance.

This scheme is available as part of the standard contractual service and operates in accordance with applicable UK parking enforcement regulations and best practice.

Summer Offer – Enhanced ParkShare Plus Terms

As part of the Park365 Summer Offer (valid from 31 March 2025 to 30 September 2025), eligible Customers who enter into a qualifying agreement during this period will receive 50% of net PCN revenue collected from their site for the full term of the contract, as defined in their signed contractual terms.

• This enhanced compensation replaces the standard ParkShare Plus rate for the duration of the agreement.

• All other terms of the standard ParkShare Plus scheme apply, including definitions of net revenue and payment terms.

• This offer is subject to the same Summer Offer Terms & Conditions, including its exclusivity, eligibility criteria, and non-combinability with other promotions.

• Park365 reserves the right to audit PCN activity and compensation calculations and to make adjustments in accordance with contractual and regulatory obligations.

Car Parking Revenue Share Scheme

Parking revenue-sharing arrangement between Park365 and the Customer, under which the Customer receives a regular compensation payment based on net car parking revenue collected at their site.

• Net car parking revenue is defined as total income collected through digital parking payments (via app or other approved methods), less applicable processing fees, transaction costs, and system administration charges.

• The compensation amount and payment frequency are defined in the signed agreement between Park365 and the Customer.

• Revenue share is only applicable to sites operating under Park365’s standard car park management package and where all signage, systems, and payment methods are fully deployed and functional.

• Payments are subject to continued compliance with contract terms and Park365’s operating standards.

Summer Offer – 90% Revenue Share Incentive

Under the Park365 Summer Offer (valid from 31 March 2025 to 30 September 2025), eligible Customers who enter into a qualifying agreement during this promotional period will benefit from an enhanced 90% share of net car parking revenue collected at their site for the full duration of the contract.

• This enhanced revenue share replaces the standard ParkShare Plus rate and is valid only for agreements signed within the Summer Offer period.

• The 90% share applies to net car parking revenue as defined above.

• All other terms of the standard ParkShare Plus scheme apply, including system compliance, site eligibility, and operational requirements.

• This offer is subject to the Park365 Summer Offer Terms & Conditions, including exclusivity, non-combinability with other offers, and Park365’s right to audit or amend the offer where deemed fair and reasonable.

Park365 – Free Survey, Proposal & Installation Offer

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Free Survey, Proposal & Installation Offer and are valid exclusively during the Summer Offer period from 31 March 2025 to 30 September 2025. This promotion forms part of the Summer Offer and is subject to the overarching terms associated with that campaign. By participating in this offer, you agree to the following terms:

1. Offer Overview

Park365 will provide the following services free of charge to eligible customers during the offer period:

• A site survey conducted either remotely or in person (as determined by Park365 based on site location and complexity)

• A tailored car park management proposal including revenue projections, signage plans, and operational recommendations

• Free standard installation of the Park365 system, including cameras, signage, and digital setup, in line with our standard package

2. Eligibility Criteria

• This offer is open to UK-based businesses, landowners, agents, or property managers with lawful authority to enter into a car park management agreement.

• The site must be suitable for installation of solar-powered, 4G-connected digital ANPR equipment as determined by Park365’s technical review.

• The customer must enter into a valid and signed car park management agreement with Park365 during the Summer Offer period.

3. Offer Conditions

• Survey: The survey will assess operational suitability, signage placement, and system feasibility. Park365 reserves the right to withdraw the offer if the site is deemed non-viable.

• Proposal: Issued after survey completion. Proposal contents are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and are based on current conditions and service assumptions.

• Installation: Free installation includes standard system components only: two ANPR cameras, signage (as specified), and digital system configuration. Any bespoke requirements, non-standard installations (e.g. additional infrastructure, power supply adjustments), or civil works may incur additional costs subject to customer approval.

4. Exclusions

• This offer cannot be combined with any other Park365 promotion, discount, or offer, unless expressly agreed in writing.

• The offer does not apply to retrospective agreements, previously surveyed sites, or re-installations.

• Park365 is not responsible for delays or issues arising from factors outside its control, including access restrictions or third-party permissions.

5. Modifications and Termination

Park365 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time, where changes are considered fair and reasonable. However, agreements already entered into before such changes will remain valid under the original terms.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
