Park365 Visitor Guest Pass Terms and Conditions and Acceptable usage policy:
You agree to register all personal visitors through the portal for each day of visit. You must only log visitors who are genuinely visiting your premises. You are strictly prohibited from logging vehicles or visitors on behalf of any third party or unauthorised person(s). You MUST log the visitor per (1) day, as vehicle only authorised for that (1) day – no pre or post logging of vehicles valid.
Failure to accurately log a visitor, or logging an unauthorized vehicle, constitutes a breach of these terms. This breach will result in the immediate issuance of a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) to the vehicle owner or keeper. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your failure to register a vehicle correctly.
